ROBERT KALINOWSKI
Robert “Rob” Kalinowski brings nearly two decades of law enforcement, counterterrorism, and emergency coordination experience to EPS. A Deputy Sheriff with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and current member of the Arizona Counter Terrorism Information Center and FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, Robert supports large-scale event security, interagency planning, protective operations, and threat-informed coordination across public and private partners. His background in drills, exercises, field intelligence, and emergency response planning gives EPS clients seasoned judgment and practical support in preparedness, incident coordination, and high-risk event operations.
