Travis Rand brings more than 32 years of fire service experience and over 28 years in health and safety to EPS. A retired Deputy Chief, he led Community Risk Reduction efforts, served on regional Technical Rescue and Hazardous Materials Technical Rescue Teams, and has taught in the Fire Science Program at Maricopa Community Colleges since 1993. His background in emergency response, safety leadership, training, and large-scale exercise evaluation gives EPS clients experienced guidance, strong operational knowledge, and practical support across safety, emergency planning, training, and incident response.
